2017 Survey Voucher Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The 2017 survey will be open between Tuesday 1st of August at 8am and Friday 11th August at 10pm, with a Gaelic and English version.
  2. All entries into the survey that opt-in to the voucher competition will have been deemed to have been in made in acceptance with these terms and conditions.
  3. All entries into the voucher competition will be separated from the survey data to ensure the integrity of the data.
  4. Entries for the voucher competition will only be accepted if:
    • The participant enters their email address in the survey submission
    • There is only one instance of the email address being submitted (any duplicate entries will count as only one entry)
    • The participant indicates that they live in Scotland.
    • The entry is made while the survey is open.
  5. For the purposes of the competition, the Gaelic and English versions of the survey will be counted as a single survey.
  6. A random computer draw will take place on Monday 14th August 2017 from valid entries to determine the winner, and the winner will be notified on this date.
  7. Should the winner fail to respond within two working days of being notified (by 5pm on Wednesday 16th August), the prize will be forfeited and another draw will take place to determine an alternative winner.
  8. The prize of a £20 gift voucher for Comhairle nan Leabhraichean (Gaelic Books Council) will be made available to the email address supplied in the survey, and will be non-transferable.
  9. Obraichean Gàidhlig reserves the right to modify or discontinue this competition at any time. All decisions undertaken in relation to this competition will solely be made by the Obraichean Gàidhlig editor and all decisions will be final.
